I saw this video a few days ago, and I do like this approach. How you could get it to work in practice over here is a different matter.

Wasn't it more specific than 'rubberneckers', actually people photographing the wreckage?
Your 'standard' is how you drive alone, not how you drive during a test.

Yes why? For years a part of my profession was visiting the sites of air crashes and I saw a lot of things. I can honestly tell you that on every commercial flight I listen intently to the safety demo, work out where the exits are, and, pretty much determined to be the first off the thing.
