As a bike group we had already moved to electronic records. Its based around Microsoft forms. A bit of a faf for the administrator but for associates and observers it has proved to be a hit. Observers make note during the end debrief then have time to type it up when the get home and add any further reflections. Happy to share the working with anyone just PM me
