There are very few, if any, current on-road advanced courses and no tests in NSW.
There are many 'private' area or race track 'advanced' courses but they usually only cover emergency skills with no practical low-risk training.
But one can adapt UK learned techniques to local conditions.

Re: Advanced Road Driving
I am sure you must have considered whether you could make a decent business setting up an advanced driving organisation. Presumably you have decided that there would not be enough business at an adequate price?

Re: Advanced Road Driving
You are spot on there. I did get involved 20 years ago when there were two organisations trying to do an IAM imitation - the Society of Advanced Motorists and the IAM Australia but both failed and disappeared. I am now the Driver Development Officer for the City of Sydney and quite comfortable overseeing the driver needs of 1,000 drivers - with some private work through word of mouth etc.
