They're obviously not using it in the UK judging by the behaviour of their drivers that I've witnessed

I'm amazed they actually want to know. I'd have expected willful ignorance given most are self employed contractors not employees.

Perhaps they are, "If the device moves it counts against you" I have noticed recently they do not stop at junctions (like 90% of everyone lately) they roll out and proceed up the road (sorry amble up the road) all very smoothly. Anything not to upset the accelerometer.
