Re: Any ROSPA test tips
...don't fanny about... Love it...sounds better than 'make good, safe, progress' - one to add to my list of comments. I think your reference in a later post to 'the well known driving coach' explaining he was enjoying your drive...I am conscious that I don't praise or pass on my enjoyment enough wh...

Re: ROSPA - "you need a place background to get gold"
It seems both organisations have problems with consistency with how examiners approach the test. It's understandably difficult bearing in mind different police areas have different standards themselves. The IAM is considering moving away from solely accepting police trained examiners. I suspect we a...

Front vs Rear tyre wear
Why do some FWD cars get through rear tyres quicker than others? I'm not talking about the absolute number of miles as that will vary depending on tyre make etc - but rather the fact sometimes they last much, much longer than the corresponding front. e.g. ⋅ Focus ST: front tyres ~ 14k mile...

...At least the first three pages of new posts are for variations of Viagra. Make that 5½ pages of foreign Viagra adverts...and counting. Shame I thought ADUK was a great little forum (if a bit esoteric) with a large repository of great threads and some cracking individual posts from some knowledge...

Re: Paying above list price for a car.
Nice car getting rave reviews.
There are some pre-reg ones available for no more than list but obviously you may have to compromise on spec.

Re: U.S. road deaths up 7%
Agreed but the article is from the NHTSA - I imagine they know what they are doing. They say it needs further analysis to understand the breakdown but clearly they think a 7% rise is significant.

Re: U.S. road deaths up 7%
http://www.nhtsa.gov/About+NHTSA/Press+Releases/nhtsa-2015-traffic-deaths-up-07012016 Our seems to have plateaued in recent years. What's to be done? We could start by getting the full data. Who says there's a problem? This increase may be part of the normal variation expected in a downward trend. ...
