Worth asking what the extra words give. I imagine driving through a town and seeing no road users for a goodly distance but, perhaps, people on footpaths who might step into the road without looking.

If the latter, then the magistrates may have misled themselves into thinking it was accurate enough...

;) I think userLeft1 was suggesting that magistrates are generally protected from having to understand technology, by prosecutions generally only being taken forward when the margin of error means the offence is clear cut, but in this case the magistrates mislead themselves into thinking they could...

Based on 00:25-27 I'd say there's a fair chance that the first rider was offside at the double white line, had to make a very hasty return to the nearside, overdid it, clipped the verge, leading to serious instability.

can't you hold back on the slip assessing what is coming in from the right (before the foliage blocks the view) As I went up the off-slip I could see a couple of cars on the bridge so the firm plan was to stop at the give way line.
