Re: Who goes first?

Right of way is not really a thing in our traffic laws, it is more normally phrased as priority, which does tie in with your understanding of ‘first dibs’ for whoever arrives first... However if both are there at an identical time then car A is disrupting the flow of traffic so I would expect car B ...

Re: Masters - Safety Vs Progress

I don't think that the concept of the balance between progress and comfort is tricky - but the doing it certainly is... I have been driven by some who can demonstrate it beautifully - they are in the top few dozen drivers in the country, and way way above Master standard... I can do everything they ...

Re: Shocking driving? Not all the time

Ah, so the problem is really that the BMW is underpowered for the move he wanted to get away with. Re: No more classic cars allowed on motorways!

I am not sure that public opinion really prevents it - there is a pretty standard disregard for the 70mph limit at present - all you would have to do is remind folks that basically they won't be booked for speeding as they are now and most will think that is a good idea... the speed at which people ...

Re: Kit car?

How's this for a "kit car"? https://www.topgear.com/car-news/believe-it-or-not-lego-bugatti-chiron-moves Would love to see the NCAP tests, any Ncap test offset or straight on, would probably look like a ten year olds bedroom, IF you could get them off their Ipods. Well it definitely...

Re: SAS Expert Training

Apparently, finding the limit point means driving as far away from the bend as possible... :) sounds like standard AD intro, with some common sense evasion tactics, wrapped together to sell at a premium to the rich and paranoid... good business model... I have a brazilian client who is always consci...

Re: New Members.

I am sure that there are probably standard % figures around for those who join / those who initiate / those who respond / etc. but doesn't seem all that unusual... with this forum we have some areas locked to those not members, so that in itself gives a reason for some to join - to read those areas ...
