Exercise can also help for better sleep. But it needs to be proper sweaty HIIT stuff. Then as the sleep improves and the overall fitness improves, the need for caffeine naturally decreases.

Be aware that when driving on snow/ice, LSD might be useful...although that's less of an issue here than it is on the continent

It seems that instead of 'autonomous' they should be called 'pre-programmed' vehicles really.
From the start, the idea that a human could intervene in an emergency seemed ludicrous to me. This is starting to show why.
