Video, Youtube etc
Is there anyway of embedding Yt videos, Vimeo, etc?

YouTube is done. Others could be added, but let's wait and see what the demand is, shall we?

Please, how do I add photos from an album rather than via a url - or can I at all.
Many thanks in advance

No, sorry, you can't. To do that would mean we would have to provide storage for your files, which is not something on the radar just now. There are umpteen free photo album storage solutions on the web, PhotoBucket, Flickr, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox to name only a few. All of these will allow you to link to pictures in an album from here. Additionally they provide an online backup for your files (you only need to share what you want, everything else can remain private).
Here's an article on MoneySavingExpert comparing some of the above.

Thank you and I know of those and use one or two.
Sorry to labour the point but does that mean I cannot add a photo, say from my own dropbox, to a reply or post on the forum.
Thanks again

No - you merely need to put said picture into the 'public' folder, get the link and then post that between img tags.
