Nope. The OP can change the title of their OP, but that doesn't change replies. Anyway, what's wrong with the literacy?

Appears to be a noun / verb issue, but English variants don't appear to be consistent, especially wrt the -ing form.

Indeed. Some posters have used "licencing" (incorrectly) others have used "licensing". ICBA going back and editing them all.
