like the Driving days I will leave others to organise it!
May I suggest that there are lots of good tools on your mobile to help you with this - whatsapp / snapchat / facebook / twitter - and the beauty of them is that as you plan the day it won't matter where you are -office / home / car, the discussion will always be with you :D

They can give us a live feed via Facebook Live and type updates to this forum. :)

But don't try in Hermitage village, 3 miles from Vodafone's HQ - no signal . . .

There are a plenty of places where there is still no decent phone/data signal.
