Thanks for the feedback.

Yes I may shorten the intro, though not the next one as it is already edited. ;) It's getting a balance with trying to make your own content yours and memorable vs wanting to get straight to the content ;)

Different camera mount in the next one. The screen being in the way is common on a lot of helmet cam footage.

Testing out a new camera mount on the bike. Today the ride is along the main A12 heading north from Ipswich towards Yarmouth, looking at the multiple speed limit changes and the types of roads that make up the A12.

Suffolk County Council asked if they could use a couple of my videos on their stand at the Copdock Bike Show yesterday.

I was happy to supply the videos with suitable branding added :)

A compilation of overtakes from my recent videos, showing both 3 stage and momentum types. Note how some are actually a hybrid of both versions.

Yeah nice...I'd expect nothing less!

'momentum' overtake is what some call a 'banana' overtake?

Not sure. It's what Roadcraft snappily calls "an overtake in the absence of all other hazards". The flowing one you mainly do on the dual c/w maintaining a constant speed.

Also known in some circles as the Surrey Swoop.

'Z' & 'S' :)
Your 'standard' is how you drive alone, not how you drive during a test.

Thanks Gareth. Some useful links. I had a quick look and will have a proper read this evening.

Interestingly, in the comments on YouTube someone has asked is it also called a Slingshot O/T? I've not heard that one before. Not sure if it is another name for what we are talking about or a derogatory term used to describe an overtake where the speed increase is started in the same lane as the target vehicle.
