Off topic? Perhaps, but the report title is TOV conspicuity!
Front wheels; IIRC more effective at low speed. During high speed impacts it's more like car crash billiards.
Watching? 2x cctv cameras.
Blues; sim research from several years before, and prior to my involvement.
Dry steering; I've seen torn tarmac from a Mitsubishi Shogun being turned.
Use of lights; well, they have procedures :)
Your 'standard' is how you drive alone, not how you drive during a test.
