It's possible, from the video, that the Honda's lane and the BMW's lane are both heading off onto the dual carriageway, so the BMW is happily positioned to make progress. What we can't see is any moves by the camera car across lanes - that's why I'm interested in seeing the road layout.
I really don't want BMW drivers to get a worse reputation than they already have, now I are one myself...
