It's this automatic policing thing - you cross a certain line irrespective of the circumstances and a train of accusations and events are set in course.
There is no leeway and an innocent person can be caught up with all the inconvenience and expense that ensues.
Perhaps advice on this should be more 'realistic' and less 'please don't sue me'.
