I got snapped by a camera

It had to happen at some point! They were hiding in the long grass/vegitation.

Bet you were wearing that hi-viz - they'd never have seen you otherwise :)

Is there a link to the publication?

I was on Observing duties, hence the SAM vest.

Ok, the camera I got snapped by was a professional photographer hiding in the long grass. We booked her to take photos of the event.

Hints & Tips - See here

We were pleased to have 30% of the attendees, non-members (or prospective new members ;) ). Time will tell how many join, but lots of positive feedback.

Ah! I thought it was a promo shot for a new booklet or summat . . .

Training runs? Do you mean Observed Rides? Then, of course we do, but those rides are one on one with an Associate who hasn't passed the test and is preparing using the IAM Roadsmart Course book.

If by Training Runs, you mean Social Rides, then we don't have Observers on those, unless they are their for a social ride themselves. They are run by Ride Leaders (some of whom may be Observers, but it is not a requirement).

Hints & Tips is aimed more at members who have passed (to encourage them to do a one on one refresher session, or re-take their test to try to get a F1rst, or even Masters) and non-members to try an get them to join. Associates are allowed to come too though.
