Looking on the site the price appears to be the same for members and for non members?

On Skills Days, I'm interested in this bit on the website:

"having been paired with an instructor who is suitably matched to your own experience and skill level."

Who do they use as instructors? And how do they go about that matching process?

The Plymouth bike group blog includes:

"I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from the day and I guess I was assuming it would be more track-day than skills-day. Luckily, I was wrong.

We selected the group we wanted to go in according to our experience/skill: group A, B or C. I opted for B, having previously done a couple of bike track days and loads of car track days. The groups were then further divided into little grouplets so that there are no more than 4 trainees per instructor."
