New speed limits in Spain

New speed limits in Spain for those of you travelling that way in 2019.
Due to be introduced at the end of January there are new speed limits for vans and commercial vehicles;

Particularly important if you own a large motor home or a van as 'leeway' for speeding is just 7 percent.
