Probably not as many as are blamed on speed in excess of the limit.

It'll be interesting to see what happens to the new car market around that time. How many performance car enthusiasts are going to look for a quality used motor rather than a new one with a compulsory limiter?

So everyone will be driving like a lorry driver all the time ... on the limiter. Very safe!

Can we stop calling it "intelligent" speed adaption FFS. It's blind compliance with a number on a stick. There's a complete lack of intelligence about it.

And I suspect its introduction will increase accidents as people pay even less attention to what's going on outside their windows. We've already got adverts condoning DWDCA while they advertise AEB
