Not sure about DS*. The SM was famous for them (the big one with the Maserati engine favoured as a staff car by De Gaulle).
Pretty much every new Skoda has them and probably many other cars too (my 16 Octavia certainly does).
* Ah yes, it did (later in its life). And yes to the hydro-pneumatic suspension - it could lift a wheel without a jack.
