How about M4/A308(M)/A404(M) otherwise known as junction 8/9. It has traffic lights and signs saying that motorway regulations still apply, no stopping or pedestrians.

One that used to be bit isn’t any longer is the Carrington spur on the M60 junction 8. The spur is the A6144, formerly A6144(M).

Mmm. I'd be looking at the signs when driving, though. And "the map" seems to have some other inaccuracies, so I wouldn't take it as authoritative!
