The CAV stuff was answering the question about automated vehicles. But it's really no different - in terms of information supplied in real-time - to Google traffic or Waze highlighting incidents.

Something that has been reported recently was that someone was caught driving a Tesla wearing a virtual reality device. So no need for windows. :hit
