Maybe not, BGOL and PP, no mega threads yet. Of course it could be the "honeymoon period" and "normal service" will soon be resumed. ;)

'Premier Cru', surely?
Your 'standard' is how you drive alone, not how you drive during a test.

Of course, some bottles needing another 20 years lying down in a cold cellar to mature, some drinking well, some slightly fading but with an aroma of grandure, but all welcome :D

Hehe! Nice to see you all about... Not been on forum for a while, because I have been mostly busy preparing for, and doing, adn coming down from the high of this:

(Note my brake lights are NOT on at Eau Rouge! :D )

Restiing, in an F1 garage:

And at a slightly less well known circuit in Mettet:

Album is here.

A video at Spa:

Caveats: First, very damp laps and on road tyres (later switched to sticky Federal 959 RS-Rs at it dried); camera mounted too high, forgot to tie-down the mount to suppress bounce, first time synchronising video to RaceChrono (hence lag), forgot to record ODB so Revs etc. missing too.

On the "AD" front - driving in France and Belgium was my first experience since attaining the AD standard, and I didn't really find any real problems at all. However, in hindsight, I felt there were some situations where I was not fully aware of the meaning of some road signs... So perhaps should have brushed up on those before travelling. I thought overall the way speed restrictions were posted and used, especially on motorways, appeared to have a bit more thought with them - tailored to prevailing conditions, and signed separately for large vehicles, and on approach to junctions with graduated reductions etc.
