Not really - Paul Smith, the driving force behind Safe Speed died about 10 years ago. His partner tried to continue his work, but couldn't stand up to the likes of brake as Paul did

My 2013 Scenic receives some updates over the cellphone network, though for large ones I have to plug the SD card into my computer.

When Ford introduced heated windscreens, the wiring was put in all Mk 4 Escorts regardless of the actual windscreen fitted.

My understanding was that the offence was "hand held". I have heard it said that it's ok to use a phone as a satnav, so long as it's in a cradle. On a bike, I'd've thought it's pretty difficult to reprogram without stopping.

I also thought it was just an increased penalty
