If you're going to make a fight of it, take screen shots and copy&paste the text into a file. Get as much info as you can, configuration, reviews, sales blurb brochures, adverts etc.

I was overtaken by a RR today. Never mind cameras, he could have done with using his mirrors since an ambulance on blues - with siren going - was trying to get past at the time . . .

My progression would be: Salesman Dealer Principal Go nuclear Escalation initially to Customer Services to tick the box but without expectation of anything beyond being fobbed off, then try and find contact details for UK marketing / sales director etc I'd also be gathering evidence, such as anythin...

FWIW, someone on Twitter commented that his Audi's sign recognition system didn't identify a '55' sign that was on trial in motorway roadworks.

Of course, it would be interesting to know what might happen with a similar enquiry, 'mystery shopper's style, at another dealer - whether they would 'sell' the same spec vehicle . . .
