And once again stating that speeding is responsible for around 4380 deaths a year on UK roads. We clearly need to educate them to stop quoting deaths on European roads as deaths on UK roads.

According to my instructor, who has a steady business with repeat CBT with them, they are mostly from Brazil and used to terrible roads. There they learned to keep their feet down ready to prop the bike up if it went into a pothole.

You can easily spot them in Guildford: L-plate trimmed to the smallest possible size, riding along with feet one inch above the tarmac, hands in handlebar muffs.

If “Speed Kills” than the emergency services would be responsible for most of the deaths on the roads. The bus lanes in Guildford are going 24/7 and getting cameras to catch anyone flouting the rules.
One has been suspended, with signs saying “bus lane suspended, use both lanes”. Almost all traffic is driving down the right lane and ignoring the old bus lane. It’s as if I have my own private lane.
