Re: I'm bemused...
Call me a luddite if you like, but I just fail to see the benifit of cruise control. What's the right foot for? Nigel. "Luddite!" :) On long drives on major roads it is an aid to avoiding cramp, stiff leg muscles and means when I do get on to the B roads or town I have a fresh leg/foot. W...

Re: I'm bemused...
I haven't driven one but I have noticed an increase in the number of cars on dual carriageways that overtake, pull back in and then slow quite hard, seemingly to give themselves some braking/following distance ... having just jumped into mine! Have I really noticed it? Or have I like you been thinki...

Re: Young drivers
This is not aided by some of the Club's rather unorthodox teachings - e.g. signalling right at roundabouts to go straight on. Really? Just when we thought these people had all but died out. :headbang: Have you seen this written down somewhere, or are they misunderstanding what they have been taught...

Always turn my bluetooth and GPS off when not needed. If you are around lots of other bluetooth enabled phones they are always reaching out to each other and eating battery charge.

Re: M1 Minibus "Accident"
Mobile phone use is by all age ranges. It is at epidemic proportions. From my lofty position on the bike, sitting above the car drivers, we can see the phones in people's laps. It's not just phones but tablets and laptops too. To be honest actual phone calls are at the low end of the safety scale no...

Re: I-Pace
Are you telling us the 'filling points' are incompatible? All cars can't use all charging points? Or is it just the refill rate?
