Re: Planning a weekend driving trip to Scotland
Stay off the main arterial routes eg A9 which is pretty much all average speed cameras - avoid tourist areas where the police might be - drive roads twice, once to learn them, once to enjoy them... Alasdair I haven't really done an itinerary for the trip quite yet, but the old military road seems g...

Planning a weekend driving trip to Scotland
Afternoon all, Any one have any suggestions of good driving roads in bonnie Scotland? I've done the usual ph and Evo search, something more unusual would be sweet. I'll be going in a few weeks, not worried about loops to make the drive interesting. I think I'll drive through the night to save on bei...

I imagine I would include routes going north and east as well as west from there. I haven't been for a proper recce yet, but it looks like you...

Re: A nice little outing
An absolutely lovely car, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one if I won the lottery. A guy that vlogs on youtube has bought one recently, sounded amazing on the video. I would be like a 3 year old at Xmas if I had the opportunity to drive one

Welcome along, personal choice whether to stay on ADUK. I popped in for a look earlier this week, I prefer the layout of this forum.

Re: Is it just me?
The new updates on ADUK are awful, actually thought I had to been directed to an adult site. It looks sleazy and cheap, the 3 squares in green on the side of the screen. Blocking the start of his propaganda, was the worst and ironically the best feature.

Re: Speed differentials
I tend to be flexible on speed to keep me save, like to select the gap I want to move into. If the vehicle I am overtaking wants to speed up to take my space. I'll abort and continue to make progress in lane 2 or lane 3. Providing I am keeping my eyes on main beam and keeping my safety bubble. I ten...
