Perhaps an alternative would be the use of Intelligent Speed Limiters? If your vehicle is incapable of exceeding the speed limit unless you specically take steps to override the ISL, you can significantly reduce the time that you need to spend looking at at the speedometer. This is going to be an interesting discussion. Given the lamentable lack of enforcement already, how does he propose this is implemented? My view has always been that the only answer to bad driving is proper training. But because that's difficult, use the stick rather than carrot... http://www.teleg...
