I have seen Advanced Drivers make a lot of mistakes while using the phone.

It takes a very specific set of skills to manage to drive safely while talking on the phone, but it can be done.

It is true that in the attempt to reduce the impact of Texting while driving, other distractions like eating and drinking while driving (exceedingly common, and very dangerous) or using the phone in general -have been neglected.
