The argument fore was that you obviously only pay for what you use - It then all depends on the tariff(s) set? The downside is that we'd all need some form of 'Black Box' fitted - Big Brother..! Many vehicles now fitted as standard with e-call type systems, so presumably already have GPS installed....

Might also depend on where you intend traveling. If that includes anywhere likely to have an LEZ ...
