Re: Confessional
I've never once had an incident where I didn't contribute at least partly to it.

Re: Fog
There was one point where the fog was so dense even the dipped beam was reflecting off the fog, and that was the point I made a very interesting discovery: you can turn your fog lights on without needing the dipped beam on (i.e, you can have fogs+sidelights, no dipped lights). That was a useful dis...

Re: Confessional
Despite the fact I've only been driving for 8 months or whatever, I've already racked up a fair list of near-misses and stupid moments, but each and every single one of them, I've learnt from. For instance, there was one such near miss which happened during my Pass Plus, and basically, I was turning...

Re: Fog
I've driven in the lighter sessions of fog, and, I consider it to be unpleasant. Simply because during the day time, dipped lights are plenty bright enough to penetrate the fog for oncoming drivers, and the rear lights are also bright enough too. At night, I habitually drive with my main-beam on, re...

Yeti...huge feet... Clues in the name?
I hope you're not implying something about how I look, based off the car?

You therefore have no excuse to eat biscuits for breakfast.
They're those breakfast biscuits.

Re: Driving Shoes
I drive in all sorts of shoes, but I've driven in wellies and snow boots, and can't recommend driving in them, as I found myself revving the engine a bit more than necessary when changing down as I couldn't feel the pedals at all. The Yeti does seem to have a pedal box designed for huge shoes, the s...

I know it's a bad habit, but I still do it when I'm running a tad late, and haven't had breakfast lol.

Re: Cornering...
That's exactly right. You say that you turn the wheel. Is that all you do? How hard do you turn it? How far, how quickly? How do you know when to stop? No. How hard I turn the wheel depends on how much resistance there is to the steering action, however, 99% of the time, the power-assisted steering...

Re: The perfect car.... ...?!
I have to admit, I wouldn't purchase the "perfect" car if one ever existed. Think about it, the cars which you've enjoyed the most are probably the ones which always had something not quite right, or the positioning of certain controls were always slightly un-intuitive, perhaps something n...
