While it must depend of the character to the associate, the reason they're there is to find what they might do better, so they're more focussed on the negatives than the positives.

With correctly functioning headlights (which I have) and attention to what is in my planned path, I can see completely unlit objects in dark matt colours in good time to not drive into them. It's all very well but, when you throw an oncoming motor vehicle into the mix, then it's bloody hard to see ...

Is political allegiance is based on voting history or something more specific? I bailed out at the first table of multi-choice as the questions invited simplistic answers but for each one I wanted to have an it depends option.

It's worth thinking about how that sentence is phrased and asking if the meaning it carries conveys similar danger to all the mentioned road users.

And when driving, do you wait blankly for things to happen Broadly, yes. Don't you? No search strategy (for example including mirrors, near, far, dash)? No scanning, etc? No use of observation links, no 'what if?' etc? No use of active positioning, placing yourself to improve view - whether to see ...
