Re: It’s chilling that people drive at 81 mph on the motorway – says IAM Roadsmart
It feels to me that I drive a different part of the M25. I see drivers following too close, sometimes without thought but other times in an effort to bully another driver out of the way, even if there's nowhere for them to go. I see terrible lane discipline… But: - if they don't have an accident / ...

Re: It’s chilling that people drive at 81 mph on the motorway – says IAM Roadsmart
Speeding is responsible for around 12 deaths each day on UK roads Serious Q, is that actually a fact? Presumably by analysis of STATS19 data? Gov.uk says: "There were an estimated 1,390 reported road deaths in the year ending June 2021" 12 x 365 = 4,380. Hmmm ... definitely nothing like t...

Re: Trail Braking
I have heard that difference, but I have also heard a number of people from all backgrounds referring to them both as trail braking... In essence though I see it as very similar - if you are using it to control speed / safety in a blind or downhill bend, then you are doing so to allow you to take th...

Re: Brake and their RoadMap
I enjoyed a lovely run today from Keswick down to Cartmel along by Windermere - overtaking much of the traffic on the way (they seem to not notice when it changes from 30 to derestricted), never once worried about it being an issue judging oncoming traffic/ road space etc. Brake can carry on as much...
