Wheels are what helps the engine overcome the inertia of the car and gain the momentum that gets us places... so the slower the speed, the slower the wheels and the more momentum you need to gain, thus higher load... dunno if that helps? "how does any manufacturer believe that they can deliver autonomous cars / lorries / buses etc. when we still don't have a network of driverless trains?" surely we should be stopping any tube strikes by replacing all drivers there with computers - if they can do cars, a tube system should...

For the record on the PC which I was using earlier I use the opera browser with no flash plugins.... And just got the please install flash banner.
