Re: My Focus RS.

You could use the upload facility on Pistonheads to upload to Thumbsnap. Compose a PH post, upload the image, copy the URL, cancel the PH post, paste the URL here. Like this pic of a drive through ATM. http://thumbsnap.com/s/sajvP1Uh.jpg Cancelling the PH post does not delete the uploaded image.

What about the phone connected to the cable in the console that allows the phone data to be used for navigation? I...

Re: Mobile phones

And how, exactly, are you going to achieve that while still allowing all perfectly legal use by passengers and systems like Apple CarPlay that use phone data for navigation etc.

I don't believe that you have thought this through.

Re: used 911 or tuned MX5 ?

Have you seen the recently announced v6 MX5 kit? An N/A engine feels like a much better fit for a sports car. And absolutely get you that Boxsters are dull, but that view often upsets a few people who like them  :hit: No, I haven't. Would be interested in the weight penalty. Will look it up. T...

Now you're just being deliberately obtuse. Well, maybe, but you have to admit that it reads more like a BRAKE press release than (for example) the Highway Code. Not really. It is pretty clear to me that it is talking about using the phone as a phone and not a sat nav or music player. Some of it is ...

Re: Mobile phones

I also think that a ban at this stage would be politically and practically impossible [...] I agree. That's why the legislation doesn't cover hands-free (the practicality anyway). [...] so a code of best practice would be the most logical route to go down. It already exists. You choose to ignore it...
