Re: RAF 100 Flypast

I think we are getting 50 of them over here during RIAT - will wait and see - there are enough other noisy things up in the air!

Re: I did a bad thing. How do I improve?

Also thanks for the suggestions of driving instructors/courses. I'm already aware of most of them and their great reputations, but the reason I haven't used them is simply distance. Re: I did a bad thing. How do I improve?

Welcome to the forum - a good self-evaluation, which is 90% of the battle - being aware and wanting to not be that person - we have probably all been there... I would suggest that your best bet is an initial session with a decent coach - and then take their advice on how to move forward - if you did...

Re: Ultra low emmission zone

On YouTube look for Harry's Garage and his road trip to see the northern lights in a 1969 RR Silver Shadow that was purchased off ebay for less than £5k, a great adventure. Then you can find his road trip to the Sahara desert in a Ferrari Testarossa. Thank you, hadn't seen those - I like his videos...

Planet Horse returning control to Earth :) In a Range rover you dont' need an escort, you just drive over the plebs to be fair, it is ...

Re: Website not secure ?

We still have to log in on here, which means a password is going unencrypted. I'm sure everyone has good hygiene and uses a different and secure password for each site ( ), but it's still a good idea to make people think more about online security. Seconded. It doesn't bother me personally be...

Re: Website not secure ?

the big issue is really that a decent certificate is commercial and costs money every year, people won't bother spending it, plus for real protection you need to consider firewalls, etc. as well... and most hacking comes from a dodgy email and then something loaded on the computer, SSL only protects...
