Re: Limited Slip Diffs?

Be aware that when driving on snow/ice, LSD might be useful...although that's less of an issue here than it is on the continent

Hello Chloe,

What is your agenda? What is motivating your study? What's the context?

Re: used 911 or tuned MX5 ?

I will admit publicly that I name my cars. But lately, I have been struggling to find a name for this one. Being an mx5, one might be forgiven for thinking that "pocket rocket" would be appropriate but no, it's not that simple. Let me explain: on A and B roads, this particular mx5 is effec...

Re: Interesting AD decision to share

...Seemed the right thing to do to me. Wondering what others thought. I did technically break a law but is it much different to going through a red light? This is the garage I pulled in to. If you go "backwards" for half a mile or so you will follow the section of road I took the above ch...

Re: Interesting AD decision to share

It's the human factor. If it were me in the ambulance then I'd rather you did what you did. If not then I might have a different perspective. Yes, you broke the law but sometimes there are more pressing issues. Imagine the following: you stick to 50 mph, slightly hinder the ambulance, then learn lat...

Re: Would you break the law here?

In such instances, I would go for what appears to be the safest option, irrespective of the law. There is no point in being dead but legally in the right.
