I think with Isettas, you got out, lifted the front, and turned it round yourself (then proceeded forwards to wherever you were going).

RoSPA have confirmed on their new Facebook group that the retest cost is still included in the yearly sub. They're being rather more coy about why they needed to almost double it in the first place, though, although I think they're about to announce some kind of insurance deal. If that turns out to ...

Growing, but not acceptable unless the lanes have right turn arrows in them when they're OK to be there but not to be over (under) taking. So thoroughly anti-social. HTH.
