An AD acquaintance of mine was being driven by a fellow villager to a speed watch training course, some 30-40 minutes away. Blew through the villages on the way well above the speed limit.

The video definition is a bit poor so quite how far the overtaker could see is far from obvious. Looked ok to me, and nothing visible in the grainy section well up the road when overtaking the last car. My own experience of Police speed measuring equipment - especially that used by Police Scotland in their unmarked cars which patrol the A832 - is that it's surprisingly accurate.
