Well found, excellent explanation. I can see a lot of us out there waiting quite a while while the pedestrian/cyclist realises they CAN go. Just have to get used to it I suppose. :flail:

One thing that has been pointed out to me. If you pull over to a safe place to use the phone legally the engine has to be OFF. Suppose it makes it easier to enforce that way but.......
