The argument fore was that you obviously only pay for what you use - It then all depends on the tariff(s) set? The downside is that we'd all need some form of 'Black Box' fitted - Big Brother..! Many vehicles now fitted as standard with e-call type systems, so presumably already have GPS installed....

Too much research? Perhaps look back to the Ambulance Visibility blog post, referring to the PPE research.
